These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which visitors, buyers, sellers, account holders, and other participants may use Peddlo.

Product-link processing and platform boundary.

Buyer-provided product links, titles, model numbers, pasted descriptions, and similar references may be processed to extract factual product attributes and create structured buyer demand. Links are reference material only and do not mean Peddlo copies, endorses, sells, stocks, supplies, or guarantees a third-party listing or product.

Final purchase, payment, fulfilment, refunds, returns, warranty, and after-sales remain between buyer and chosen seller after offer selection.

Confirmed shopping request

Buyers must confirm extracted product details before a shopping request is finalised or attached to a buyer group.

Limited source handling

Peddlo does not publicly republish raw copied third-party listing descriptions, images, or seller listings as Peddlo product pages.

Seller disclosures

Seller origin, fulfilment capability, delivery timing, landed-cost position, warranty, returns, stock, verification, and expiry may be shown where relevant.

Boundary

Peddlo is not a seller, buyer, merchant of record, escrow, payment provider, fulfilment provider, delivery provider, customs broker, insurer, warranty provider, refund provider, or after-sales dispute handler.

1. Introduction, English version, and acceptance

By accessing or using Peddlo, you agree to use the platform only in accordance with these terms and any platform rules shown to you. The official English version controls if translated or preview wording differs.

  1. Changes to servicePeddlo may update features, shopping areas, regions, onboarding rules, fees, dashboards, and terms.
  2. No professional advicePeddlo does not provide legal, financial, tax, product safety, payment, delivery, refund, or professional advice.
  3. Local lawGlobal availability is subject to local laws, supported regions, category rules, and Peddlo's participation controls.

2. Platform role

Peddlo organises buyer interest, regional buyer groups, seller participation, and managed introductions. Peddlo is not the seller, merchant of record, payment processor, escrow service, carrier, insurer, fulfilment provider, returns provider, refund provider, warranty provider, auction site, or product guarantor.

  1. Buyer interest organisationPeddlo helps buyers express interest and helps suitable sellers respond with offers.
  2. Direct transactionAny final product transaction is completed directly between buyer and seller after final handshake.
  3. Separate feesAny Peddlo platform or access fees are separate from buyer product payments.

3. Eligibility, account review, and verification

Users must be at least 18 years old, able to enter lawful agreements, and responsible for keeping account credentials secure. Peddlo may require email verification, identity checks, business checks, category checks, region checks, and platform suitability review before granting or continuing access.

  2. Access controlPeddlo may refuse, restrict, suspend, cancel, withdraw, or remove access where required for safety, compliance, misuse prevention, operational reasons, commercial reasons, or platform integrity.
  3. No public platform-admin accessPlatform administration access is separate from public buyer and seller access.
  4. Phone verification and Peddlo Verified statusBuyers may verify their phone number via a one-time code sent to their registered contact method. Successful phone verification awards Peddlo Verified status at Stage 1. Stage 2 full identity verification may be required before seller contact details are released at handshake stage. At Stage 2 Peddlo may engage a regulated third-party KYC provider. Peddlo Verified status may be withdrawn, suspended, or amended at any time at Peddlo's sole discretion. Peddlo Verified status does not guarantee purchase outcomes, seller responses, or transaction completion.

4. Buyer responsibilities and demand participation

Buyers must provide genuine interest, use Peddlo lawfully, respect masked stages, review seller information, and make their own purchase decisions. Joining demand is an expression of interest and is not a purchase.

  1. Joining demand is not a purchaseRegistering interest in a demand group does not create a purchase contract, payment obligation, or guarantee of seller offers. No payment is taken at the interest stage.
  2. No seller offer is guaranteedPeddlo invites sellers when demand is sufficient, but cannot guarantee seller response, offer availability, or offer suitability.
  3. No price guaranteePeddlo does not guarantee a particular price, saving, or commercial outcome at any stage.
  4. Regional participationBuyers may join buyer groups only within their selected supported region.
  5. Independent checksBuyers remain responsible for checking seller identity, price, availability, delivery, returns, warranty, guarantees, and support before purchasing.
  6. No misuseFalse demand, duplicate manipulation, abusive submissions, scraping, or attempts to bypass masking are not allowed.
  7. Accurate contact detailsBuyers must provide accurate phone numbers and must not use temporary, virtual, or disposable phone numbers for verification purposes. Providing false contact details to obtain Peddlo Verified status may result in immediate account suspension or closure.

5. Seller responsibilities, approval, and offer windows

Sellers remain responsible for their business, products, pricing, stock, declarations, compliance, checkout, fulfilment, delivery, returns, refunds, guarantees, customer service, and after-sales support. Seller application, email verification, or submission does not guarantee approval.

  1. Seller declarationsSellers must accurately declare supported regions, shopping areas, fulfilment readiness, verification status, and any category-specific requirements.
  2. Seller approvalPeddlo may approve, reject, request further information, suspend, restrict, cancel, or withdraw seller participation at its discretion.
  3. Offer windowsSeller offer submission may be subject to a time-bounded offer window opened and managed by Peddlo. Offers submitted outside an open window may be rejected. Peddlo may open, extend, close, or reopen offer windows at its discretion.
  4. Offer window deadlinesSellers must submit offers before the offer window deadline. Late offers will not be accepted unless the window has been explicitly extended or reopened by the platform.
  5. Seller offer expirySeller offers may include an expiry. Buyers must commit within the commitment window. Peddlo and sellers may withdraw offers before a buyer has committed or paid, subject to applicable rules.
  6. Category restrictionsSeller category access may be accepted, refused, paused, restricted, or removed.
  7. No circumventionSellers must not attempt to identify, contact, pressure, or bypass buyers outside the Peddlo process.
  8. Peddlo Verified buyer signalsSellers may see Peddlo Verified status signals on buyer demand groups. Peddlo Verified at Stage 1 indicates phone-verified contact details. It does not guarantee buyer identity, purchase intent completion, payment, or transaction outcome. Sellers must conduct their own due diligence before entering any transaction.

6. Regional and category restrictions

Peddlo may vary availability by region, shopping area, seller participation, category suitability, legal requirements, sanctions, age restrictions, and operational readiness.

  1. Regional gatingBuyers from different unsupported regions may be kept separate so delivery expectations, currency, seller coverage, and local rules remain realistic.
  2. Restricted goodsPeddlo may reject or restrict goods and services that are unsafe, regulated, illegal, age-restricted, high-risk, counterfeit, or unsuitable.
  3. Prohibited examplesWeapons, controlled substances, prescription medicine, adult goods, alcohol, nicotine, counterfeit goods, illegal goods, unsafe goods, and other restricted products are not allowed.
  4. Local complianceBuyers and sellers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them, their region, their products, and their final transaction.

7. Platform perimeter, buyer commitment, and post-selection boundary

The platform perimeter is the point at which Peddlo routes a qualified opportunity to the selected buyer and seller. After buyer offer selection and checkout, the product sale and all product-sale obligations remain between buyer and seller. Buyer commitment (selecting an offer and proceeding to checkout) only occurs after a valid seller offer exists and the buyer actively chooses to proceed.

  1. Joining demand is not a purchaseRegistering interest, joining a demand group, or tracking demand momentum does not create a purchase contract, payment obligation, or commitment.
  2. Buyer commitment windowA buyer commitment window may open when seller offers are ready. The buyer selects their preferred offer during this window. Peddlo may set, extend, or close commitment windows.
  3. No product checkout rolePeddlo does not process product purchase payments, hold product-sale funds, provide escrow, or act as merchant of record.
  4. No fulfilment rolePeddlo does not store, package, carry, deliver, refund, repair, replace, insure, or guarantee seller products.
  5. Seller-side relationshipDelivery, returns, refunds, guarantees, warranties, complaints about the product sale, and after-sales support remain seller-side.
  6. Platform visibility controlsPeddlo may promote, suppress, archive, expire, place under review, or moderate demand clusters, offer windows, and seller participation at its discretion.

8. No outcome promise

Peddlo does not guarantee sales, purchases, buyer numbers, seller selection, revenue, profit, savings, availability, demand formation, transaction completion, seller performance, buyer performance, or any commercial outcome.

  1. Market referencesMarket references support decision quality but do not create a price promise.
  2. Seller availabilitySeller participation may change by region, category, review outcome, or readiness.
  3. Demand momentumDemand momentum labels describe the current state of buyer interest and seller offer availability; they are not guarantees that demand will progress to offers or checkout.
  4. Buyer decisionBuyers remain free to proceed, decline, or carry out further checks at offer selection and checkout.

9. Fraud and misuse prevention

Peddlo may monitor, audit, restrict, remove, or refuse users, requests, seller declarations, buyer interests, offers, or access where misuse or risk is suspected.

  1. ExamplesFraud, false demand, fake seller claims, unsafe goods, identity bypass attempts, scraping, harassment, abuse, or misleading information may lead to restriction.
  2. RecordsPeddlo may keep audit records to protect users and platform integrity.
  3. No obligation to routePeddlo has discretion over participation, review, suspension, and removal.

10. Peddlo Seller Standard and Cluster Confidence

Peddlo Seller Standard is an administrative participation and confidence signal, not a guarantee. Peddlo may assign, change, suspend, restrict, hide, withdraw, or update a seller standard where seller declarations, buyer feedback, complaint history, performance signals, Peddlo review, or policy concerns require it.

  1. Seller responsibilitySellers must keep return, warranty, delivery, origin, capacity, support, product-condition, and price-validity declarations accurate and up to date.
  2. Buyer decisionBuyers must make their own final decision before dealing with a seller; Seller Standard does not guarantee authenticity, quality, delivery, refund, returns, warranty, aftercare, stock availability, seller solvency, or transaction outcome.
  3. Demand confidencePeddlo may use Cluster Confidence to describe the clarity, activity, verification, and seriousness of governed buyer-led demand. Cluster Confidence is not a buyer guarantee, purchase commitment, or promise that buyers will complete a purchase.
  4. Platform boundaryPeddlo is not seller of goods, merchant of record, escrow, payment custodian, fulfilment provider, warranty provider, insurer, refund guarantor, or legal representative of buyers or sellers.

10. Data and privacy

Peddlo processes account, registration, regional, category, contact, masked-stage, audit, security, and support information as described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peddlo is not responsible for indirect, consequential, special, punitive, business, fiscal, commercial, revenue, profit, opportunity, goodwill, reputational, data, transaction, delivery, product, or third-party losses arising from account rejection, suspension, cancellation, seller non-approval, buyer or seller conduct, failed demand formation, non-completed transactions, or use or non-use of the platform.

  1. Legal limitsNothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
  2. User responsibilityUsers remain responsible for their own conduct, submissions, purchase decisions, business obligations, local-law compliance, and final transaction choices.
  3. Platform role limitationPeddlo is not the seller, buyer, merchant of record, escrow provider, payment processor, delivery provider, fulfilment provider, insurer, broker, finance provider, legal adviser, tax adviser, or guarantor unless expressly stated in writing.

12. Cancellation, withdrawal, complaints, changes, and contact

Peddlo may cancel, suspend, restrict, or withdraw buyer or seller accounts at any time where required for platform governance, safety, legal, operational, commercial, or integrity reasons. Users must stop using affected account features immediately after cancellation or suspension.
